1 General Terms & Conditions

Jita Wine is an online Sports Betting and gaming platform serving users in Bangladesh. These terms apply to the use of Jita Wine's services across the website, mobile app, and any other digital channels.

2 Account Registration

3 Age Verification & KYC

Jita Wine is strictly for adults only. Individuals under the age of 18 are not permitted to register or use the service. Age and identity verification (KYC) must be completed before the first withdrawal.

• A scan or photo of your National ID (NID) or passport must be submitted.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily on hold if KYC verification has not been completed.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Jita Wine supports transactions via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Jita Wine does not charge any transaction fees, though the payment provider's own charges may apply.

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (Mobile Pay/Nagad) and ৳1,000 (Bank).
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Deposits from or withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Transactions may be temporarily held for review if deemed suspicious.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing from your bonus balance.

5 Betting Rules

All betting on Jita Wine must comply with the applicable rules. Each sport has its own specific rules, which can be found in detail within the Sports section.

• Bets cannot be cancelled once accepted, unless jita wine identifies a technical error.
• If a match is cancelled, the bet will be voided and the original stake will be refunded.
• In live betting, odds can change at any moment. Odds may shift until the bet is confirmed.
• Unusual or suspicious betting activity on the outcome of an event is subject to review.
• Automated betting using software or bots is strictly prohibited.
• Maximum bet limits are set per event and may be adjusted by Jita Wine at any time.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

Jita Wine regularly offers bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with specific terms that should be read before claiming. Attempting to withdraw without meeting the bonus requirements may result in the bonus being forfeited.

• The welcome bonus can be claimed only once per new member.
• Each bonus has its own wagering requirement (WR) — typically ranging from 5x to 30x.
• If the wagering requirements are not met before the bonus expires, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Attempting to collect bonuses using multiple accounts or identities is strictly prohibited.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Jita Wine. Violations may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of the account balance.

• Participating in or facilitating match fixing or any form of misconduct.
• Creating multiple accounts to collect bonuses or rewards.
• Using a third party's credit or debit card or mobile banking account.
• Use of automated betting software, bots, or hacking tools.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Exploiting platform technical errors to gain an unfair advantage.

8 Account Suspension & Termination

Jita Wine reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate an account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of the Terms & Conditions.
• Registration with false information or failure to pass KYC verification.
• If suspicious transactions or unusual betting patterns are detected.
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• At the user's own request.

Prior to account closure, users will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance, unless there is evidence of involvement in fraudulent or illegal activity.
